Get rid of anything in your diet that is non-nourishing.

Fast food is nutritionally low and will make you hungry faster.

It will take more fast food to fill you up and it places a huge stress on your digestive system.
This leads to a sluggish metabolism.
This will put a halt on your weight loss goals.
There are healthy foods that will help your metabolism work at an optimal level.
To lose belly fat fast you need your metabolism to speed up as as much as possible.
One way is changing the way you eat and what you eat.

It is important to eat protein in EVERY meal.

An example on interval cardio training would be to take the intensity up on your workout for around 1-2 minutes whether it is fast walking, cycling, running or boxing to the point where you feel like you are 'Out of your comfort zone' and then let your heart rate come down again.
This should be repeated around 5-10 times for around 30-45 minutes.
Stay consistent, make small steady changes and say good-by to your belly fat.
