Have you ever been curious as to whether or not you are eating the right food to lose weight? I know I have, that is why I decided to write this article.
We can count calories all we want, but if those calories are not coming from the right foods then it is useless.
By the time you are done reading this article you will know what foods are best to eat with each meal.
1 - Foods for breakfast If you do not mind the taste of eggs, then eggs and a glass of juice make the perfect breakfast.
It is very high in protein, low in fat, and has enough carbs to get your going.
If you do not like the taste of eggs then another great breakfast is oatmeal with a protein drink.
This is an easy breakfast that will be a great jump start to the day 2 - Foods for lunch Because the majority of you reading this will be gone most of the time during lunch, I decided to include food that could easily be made the night before and put in a food container so you can take it to work.
Your lunch should include any kind of sandwich on wheat bread, some rice, and either fruits or veggies (avoid bananas).
3 - Foods for dinner Dinner is usually most people's favorite meal because that is when you get to have a lot of meat and a lot of carbs.
I am not going to tell you to stop eating meat, but if you are having steak almost every day you need to make some changes.
Have lean chicken at least five days per week and save the steak for the weekend.
