How to Burn a DVD With Chapter Selection

    • 1). Click "Start," type "DVD Maker" into the search field and click "Windows DVD Maker." Insert a blank DVD into your DVD burner. If the Autoplay appears, you can close it.

    • 2). Select "Choose Photos and Video" from the "Turn your digital memories into a DVD" page.

    • 3). Click "Add Items" to select the videos you want on your DVD. Click "Add" when finished. These will be the chapters on your disc.

    • 4). Change the order of the items using the "Move Up" or "Move Down" button.

    • 5). Select the DVD burner you will be using from the "DVD Burner" drop-down menu.

    • 6). Type a title into the "DVD Title" box and click "Next."

    • 7). Type a name for your chapters into the "Scenes Button" box. This will be what your viewers click on in the menu of your DVD to navigate to different scenes or chapters.

    • 8). Click "Burn" to begin burning your disc. Once complete, remove it from your burner and place it into a DVD player.
