- 1). Place a single whole dill pickle onto a cutting board and trim off the rounded ends.
- 2). Slice the pickle lengthwise into 1/4 inch strips with a series of vertical cuts.
- 3). Turn the pickle a quarter turn so the vertical cuts you made are now on the horizontal plane.
- 4). Make a second series of vertical cuts every 1/4 inch through the pickle along the length.
- 5). Cut the dill pickle every 1/4 inch to create the 1/4-inch cubes.
