Calorie Shifting - Super Secret Way to Skyrocket Your Metabolism

Let's face it, dieting can be a drag.
When a person attempts to change their diet in order to lose weight, they will often fail because they begin to feel hungry more often.
Many diets also require you to do some amount of exercise, which is another reason that people give up easily.
Calorie shifting differs in both of these respects.
This diet does not require a person to exercise, nor does it require you to eat any kind of special foods.
It works more on altering the patterns in which you eat your daily meals.
Let's say you need 2,500 calories on average per day to sustain yourself.
In theory, you shouldn't be gaining or losing weight at this level.
Remember that this is a hypothetical number and that every person's body is different, requiring more or less calories depending on factors such as age and level of daily activity.
Take this number (2,500) and subtract 500 from it, which gives you 2,000 calories per day to target.
Cutting out these 500 calories daily would mean you are losing one pound per week in body fat! You can scale this number up or down depending on how quickly you want to lose weight.
The main trick with calorie shifting is in your eating patterns.
Split your meals up into several different sized portions, making sure they are all of varying caloric values.
Eating a small breakfast followed by a large lunch, then a small afternoon snack and a medium sized dinner would be a correct way to do things.
The secret to making this diet work is changing up the order and size of your meals every single day, so that your body is confused into raising your metabolism!
