STEP 1: Start with high quality fabric.
You definitely don't want to be using any paper napkins here.
For one thing, it won't look very good, and for another it won't last very long.
You want a durable, high quality, very strong linen fabric for all your wedding napkins.
STEP 2: OK, now that you have a high quality fabric, let's get to the next step.
Be sure the napkin is ironed so it looks very flat.
You will now fold the bottom of it in 1 inch increments, and keep going until the entire napkin is completely done.
STEP 3: Now, your entire napkin should be folded up.
You will take a finger and put it right in the middle of the napkin.
Hold your finger there, and then pull the other 2 edges up so it looks just like a fan.
STEP 4: Great job.
You are almost done.
