- 1). Put a large pot of water on medium heat and bring to a boil. Add the butter and eggs. Let the eggs boil for about 3-5 minutes and remove from water.
- 2). Peel potatoes and dice into cube shapes. Add about 1 tsp of salt and the diced potatoes to the boiling water. Let cook until potatoes are soft but not mushy.(about 10 minutes)
- 3). While potatoes are cooking, dice the celery, pimentos, onions and bell pepper. Drain the potatoes and let cool. Dice 4 of the boiled eggs.

Combine ingredients
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, celery, onions, pimentos, bell peppers and diced eggs. Add Miracle whip and using a mixing fork mix the ingredients well with the miracle whip. - 5). Transfer to serving bowl. Take the remaining two eggs and slice them. Place the slices on top of the potato salad. Sprinkle paprika on top of the eggs and salad.
