10 Minutes a Day to a Bigger, Fuller and Harder Penis

All you need to do is the following - take your penis in a semi erect state and cup from the middle with either hand, griping firmly you need to pull upwards towards your belly button, hold for the count of 10 seconds and then pull downwards for the count of 10 seconds.
When the holds are finished you need to twist your penis left and then right 15 times each.
Repeat the process for 10 minutes as suggested and then rest.
It's advised that you follow the warm down process, to do this all you do is take a bowl of warm water and submerge your manhood in the water for 3 minutes, this will repair any damages caused and soften the tissue.
