Testosterone - the King of the Hormones

In this 21st.
Century, a century in which the evolution of the Human Race has reached an unprecedented level - a level where space travel, Internet, computers, robots, even virtual warfare have evolved due to mankind's brilliance in technology - the world of medicine, too, has been transformed by medical advances that were beyond the imagination of even some of the most brilliant scientists of only 25 years ago.
Medical care is lavished on the early detection of cancers, heart disease, stroke and many other life-threatening diseases, and thousands upon thousands of books have been written and published on these hugely important subjects - how to look after your heart, how to look after your blood pressure, how to look after your body in general and thereby avoid diseases and medical problems later in life.
Yet the strangest, most curious and inexplicable omission from these 'How to...
' guides is arguably one of the most important contributions that man could ever make to the entire Human Race - 'How to Look After your Testicles'.
Look at it this way - to an alien landing on our green planet from a far galaxy, on examination of the Male of the dominant species, Mankind, the testicles would undoubtedly make the least impression - hidden behind the penis, not attractive to look at, powerful-smelling if not cleaned regularly, with no apparent control from the brain; although on deeper examination, E.
T.
would probably appreciate the main function of these little orbs - the producers of the very spark of reproduction of the human species, the spermatozoa, the initiator of Human Life on Earth, when conjoined with the egg of the female.
But these organs have a further reason for being, running a close second to the sperm; the production of a substance that gives the male of the species massive physical power, concentrated mental strength and focus, immunity to disease and - vitally important - the desire for sex and the ability to perform the act of mating, and thereby the assurance of prolongation of the species.
And to achieve this act of mating, strong and confident erection of the penis is essential.
What is this magic substance that these two, unloved, uncared-for and almost forgotten little balls work 24/7 to produce? Testosterone.
The sex hormone that makes a man have 'man' features, that makes the male body look 'male'.
Testosterone, known as 'The King of the Hormones' is one of the main, the substances that gives man the sex drive to want to mate, have sex, and do it well.
It's this hormone that gives muscle bulk and muscle strength, strong bones and immunity to disease.
Further, testosterone is one of the key elements in raising mental concentration and the alertness levels that made our ancient ancestors crafty, cunning, successful hunters of prey bigger and stronger than them.
Truly a wonder drug.
So how can it possibly be that religions of all kinds, governments, the medical world and human society in general, ignore - or worse still - ridicule these two vitally important parts of the evolution and continuation of the human race? The testicles have never been elevated to the same importance as the heart, the liver, kidneys, the eyes - even the brain.
Perhaps because, like the air we breathe and the water we depend on, they're simply taken for granted.
The testicles, like all other organs and systems in the human body, are subject to illnesses and disease, such as orchitis, cryptorchidism, testicular cancer, hydrocele, epididymitis, testicular torsion, varicocele, testicular lumps and cysts...
and malfunction of the testicles can lead to the mental anguish of erectile dysfunction or worse still, complete impotence.
But the fact remains that the testicles, when correctly looked after, produce higher levels of testosterone that help the penis to swell and erect naturally, without the use of expensive and often unnecessary (or dangerous) drugs.
Similarly, testosterone was recognized from the 1950's onwards by Romanian and other former 'Iron Curtain' countries as a natural 'performance-enhancing drug'.
While the cash-rich West was pouring billions into research and development of vastly expensive exercise and fitness programs and systems, trainers and coaches behind the Iron Curtain were instead concentrating on assisting their athletes by simple, everyday routines that promoted the production of testosterone from within the human body - and the results were seen every Olympics on the winner's podium, with little countries like Romania, Cuba and Bulgaria taking gold in amounts disproportionate to their overall population.
For these (and many more) reasons, it's becoming increasingly clear that boosting the male body's natural production of testosterone - and the simple, risk-free way to do this is by stimulating the testicles to do so.
