How to Remove Epoxy Resin From the Sink

    • 1). Scrape off as much epoxy as possible with a metal or plastic scraper.

    • 2). Warm a heat gun to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and heat the epoxy until it softens. Scrape the soft epoxy away with a putty knife or scraper. Remove any epoxy that remains with sandpaper.

    • 3). Wipe away residue with a soft cloth dampened with lacquer thinner, acetone or alcohol. Rinse the area when you are finished.
