How to Remove Rust From Screws

    • 1). Pour approximately 1 cup of full strength, white vinegar into a container that comes with a lid.

    • 2). Place all of your rusty screws into the container. Depending on the amount of screws you have, you may need to add more vinegar. The screws should be completely emerged in liquid.

    • 3). Seal the container and shake it. Let the screws set in the vinegar for 24 hours.

    • 4). Rinse them off in water and then dry thoroughly with a clean towel. Repeat this process as necessary.
