How to Change Cubicles

    • 1). Ask your department manager or supervisor for permission to move to a new cubicle. You must have a good reason to move. If she gives permission, your manager should be able to instruct you when and where to move.

    • 2). Send emails and change your email signature to inform people that your work extension is changing (if applicable).

    • 3). Pack any personal items and work-related items into a box to bring to your new cubicle.

    • 4). Clean the old cubicle.

    • 5). Set up your new cubicle in the fashion you would like with your personal and work-related items. Also set up your new phone voice mail (if applicable).
