How to Change Audio to Cathedral Sound

    • 1). Access your receiver's enhanced sound fields either through the indicated button on your remote or on the face of the receiver. This feature may be listed as "Audio Modes", "DSP", "SFE", or "Audio Effects."

    • 2). Scroll through the displayed options using the remote buttons, receiver face buttons or selector dial.

    • 3). Select "Enter" or stop scrolling when "Cathedral" is displayed as the current option. Note that not all receivers have "Cathedral" as a sound processing option. "Church", "Auditorium" or "Concert Hall" may be available options that will provide similar acoustic qualities. The Sony ES STR-DA5300ES, Yamaha RX-V640 and the Denon AVR-591 are three receivers that do feature a specific "Cathedral" or "Church" setting.
