- 1). Open the Microsoft Outlook 2003 program on your PC computer.
- 2). Go to "File" in the top menu bar and select the "Data File Management" option. A pop-up window will open with a list of the data files currently set up in Outlook.
- 3). Highlight the name of the data file that contains your Outlook calendar. In most cases, the file will be labeled "Personal Folders."
- 4). Click on the "Open Folder" button on the right side of the window. A Windows Explorer window will open and take you directly to the location of your Outlook data files.
- 5). Click on the Outlook data file in the Windows Explorer window and then select the "Move this file" option.
- 6). Navigate to the new location where you want to place the calendar data and press the "Move" button when you are ready to transfer the file.
