"Got Warts" How did you get them? Want to get rid of them? It may be what you eat, where you walk or who you touch and where. Would you like some answers?
Warts can be transferred many ways. As easy as sharing a razor or towel with someone that has a wart. If you go barefoot in public places like a gym locker room or shower you could pick up the HPV virus that causes warts.
Just touching a wart that you already have can lead to more warts. For example let's say you rub your foot where there is a wart then rub other parts of your body. That could be enough to cause more warts.
Just a note of clarification about warts and moles. While researching we found that some people think the have a wart when in fact what they have is mole. At times some small moles may appear to be warts, however what causes moles is completely different from what causes warts.
Some people are born with moles, have abnormal collections of blood vessels or have benign precancerous spots as moles that develop over time as a person grows older. Exposure to sunlight is also one of the factors linked to what causes skin moles, paired with heredity.
Formation of warts on the skin however is the opposite of that. Warts can form on the skin due to a declining immune system. This is also shown in the fact that warts, although found in all age groups, are most commonly found in people between 12-16 years of age who may be on some kind of diet or medication that hinders healthy immune-system development.
There has been a ton of research on the subject of food and the body. We are NOT here today to discuss diet and how overweight you may or may not be. However what you put in your body will have an effect on you immune system. And that my friend can effect how your body deals with warts. They are a virus after all; when you do not eat right your body can't fight off viruses of any type.
Boosting the immune system is seen as one of the best measures against warts today. The observation that out ancestors looked young and healthy due to their reliance on natural and nutritious diets has brought people to think about treating warts the same way. Vitamin A is one specific and major component of the immune-system boost advice that everyone is passing around today.
Some people have gotten rid of warts by applying Vitamin A on the warts itself, stimulating the immune system to target the wart. Some have opted for ingestion of Vitamin A in capsule form to boost the immune system overall. Using the same remedy for genital warts however has seen some side-effects like redness and swelling in the area. Keep this in mind when using this technique for different areas of your skin. The trick however is to be regular and religious about using any technique to get rid of warts
