Side Effects

• Some patients using Osteo Bi-Flex have reported heartburn, diarrhea, upset stomach and constipation. (See Reference 1)
  
  

Warnings

• Glucosamine, an ingredient in Osteo Bi-Flex, can increase glucose levels. If you are diabetic, you should check your sugar levels more often while taking this supplement. (See Reference 2) Caution should be used if you are overweight or suffer from a blood-clotting disorder.
  
  

Drug Interactions

• Blood thinners such as Miradon and Coumadin and insulin may interact negatively with Osteo Bi-Flex. Check with your doctor before using. (See Reference 3)
  
  

Overdose

• While an overdose of Osteo Bi-Flex is not known to be life threatening, dosage instructions should be followed carefully.
  
  

Allergic Reaction

• If you experience swelling of the face or mouth, hives or difficulty breathing, you may be allergic to Osteo Bi-Flex. Stop taking the supplement right away and seek immediate medical attention.
