Buy a bottle of orange cleaner, such as Fantastik Orange Cleaner. This cleaner is professional strength at a regular price. You can purchase it at any grocery store or department store.

Spray your black sink with the orange cleaner and then wipe it down with a rag. If you have anything stuck on your sink, let the cleaner soak on it for five minutes.

Rinse the orange cleaner and dirt away with water.

Fill an empty spray bottle half way up with vinegar, and fill it the rest of the way with warm water.

Spray the black sink with the vinegar/water solution and wipe dry with paper towels. Your sink will now be clean and shiny.
