- International passengers must pass through immigration, baggage claim and the customs area before exiting the airport. Passengers are directed to an escalator that takes them to the processing area on Level 1.
- Passengers must hold a valid passport and must purchase a seven- or 30-day visitor visa upon arrival if they do not already have one in their possession. After purchase, passengers take the visa, their passport and the completed immigration form (usually handed out on the plane) to the Immigration Desk.
- Once baggage has been collected, passengers are directed to one of two customs counters. Passengers with items to declare go to the counter with the red sign and will be expected to open their luggage. Passengers with nothing to declare are directed to the counter with the green sign. Luggage here is randomly screened.
