- 1). Sit the chocolate-covered strawberries on a table or counter. Allow the strawberries to warm to room temperature.
- 2). Fill the syringe with the cognac. Place the tip of the syringe under the stem of the fruit. Depress the syringe and inject each strawberry with approximately 2 tsp. of cognac.
- 3). Place the filled strawberries in the refrigerator. Allow the strawberries to chill before serving.
