Vitamin D3 in the Body

We learn something new everyday or at the very least we should. It's funny how we know just about everything in regards to our favorite television show but, only know so much about our health. This seems to be our reality, forgetting about our health until it is staring us in the face. We then look back asking ourselves, "what did we do wrong".  Recently vitamin D3 is being brought to our attention more and more, but why is it so important?  Did you know pregnant mothers who are severely Vitamin D3 deficient cause widespread deficiencies in their unborn children, approximately 81%, which predisposes them to type 1 diabetes, arthritis, rickets, multiple sclerosis and schizophrenia later in life.

The sun is our primary source of vitamin D. Many of us are either blocking the sun by using sun creams or lacking enough exposure, which means we need to introduce a vitamin D supplement. Vitamin D3 may help prevent many types of cancers, immune problems, bone loss, and muscle imbalance. Normalizing your vitamin D3 levels can also help with fitness and weight loss. In recent studies, we found that an overweight person whose vitamin D3 levels were increase lost up to half a pound more while doing a diet than the individuals just following the diet only.

Phases of the HCG Diet

The HCG fat release program uses a total of 3 different phases. In phase one, you build up your fat reserves by eating anything you want while taking the drops for two days. Then on the 3rd day you drop down to 500 calories, still taking the drops. This will last for 23 to 40 days. The 500 calories consist of eating certain fruits, vegetables, and proteins twice a day. Phase two starts the maintenance part of your program. In phase 2 you will add 150-200 calories every couple days until you reach 1500-2500 calories, during this phase you still may not have sugars or starches. Phase 3 is when you add your sugar and starches. In phase 3 you may add a new sugar or starch twice a week.
