It seems as though engagements and divorces are the trending topics these past few months with as many celebrities announcing they're engaged as those announcing they're filing for divorce.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are the latest couple to announce they're parting ways. Eva has revealed that she is "devastated" and "completely blindsided" by Tony's infidelity, which sparked the separation this week.

According to reports, Tony was having an affair with his former teammate Brent Barry's wife, Erin Barry. Eva told Mario Lopez that she found over 100 text messages exchanged between Tony and Erin on his phone – all within the last month.

Eva and Tony are the latest in a long string of celebrity divorces announced over the past few months. Courtney Cox and David Arquette, Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman, Steve Nash and Alejandra Amarilla and Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus are just a few of the high profile couples parting ways this year.

On the bright side, there has also been a long list of celebrity engagements in the past month. Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo, Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada, Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller and Prince William and Kate Middleton have all announced their plans to tie the knot.
