Engine

• The 2006 Honda FourTrax Rancher 350 featured an air-cooled 329-cc, overhead-valve, single-cylinder engine. Its bore and stroke was 78.5 mm by 68 mm. The longitudinal, rubber cushion mounted four-stroke motor used a capacitor-discharge electronic ignition system. It was dry-sump lubricated and used a 32-mm constant velocity carburetor.
  
  

Chassis

• The Rancher 350 had a direct rear drive shaft and used a five-speed gearbox with reverse and an ultra-low first gear. It featured a stainless steel exhaust header and muffler. The front suspension was a double-wishbone type with 5.9 inches of travel, same as the rear swing-arm mono-shock. The front brake was a triple-sealed hydraulic drum, with a rear sealed mechanical drum.

• The TRX350FM was 78.1 inches long, 45 inches wide and 44.3 inches tall. Its wheelbase was 49.1 inches with a 32.4-inch seat height. It weighed 524 lbs with 7.2 inches of ground clearance. The three Rancher model's dimensions varied slightly.
