Barcelona has won the heart of millions of fans across the globe, not for anything else, but for their beautiful display on the field. In fact, they epitomize the modern day soccer. So many teams find it difficult to come to pair with them. No team can compete for their style of play except Arsenal.

The lack of laurels has breed in disaffection among the players and often times a clash with the manager. Fabregas has shown his heart is no longer with the team. He wants to be remembered for not just being part of a National team that won the world cup and the European cup, but that he also won laurels at the club levels. His friends in the Spanish national teams who are playing with Barcelona are not helping matters here as they are distracting him with their calls to join them at Barcelona. This distraction is not only affecting the player`s committment, but the team too. Arsenal is suffering as a result of their Captains unpredictability. The cloud hovering around his future is creating uncertainty around the team and this does not portend good signs. The result of this devastation can be boldly seen in the last season`s results where Arsenal lost four chances leading to four major trophies in the space of three weeks.

Arsenal can present a good case of their reason to keep Fabregas. There may be right in their own position as no good club would allow their leader to just walk away. And most importantly, Fabregas is a rare talent any club who knows her worth would love to have in their team.

Fabregas can tell the world he wants to stay, of course every player say that since they still have a contract with the club. But even the blind can see that the passion and the relationship is badly broken. The best option is to allow Fabregas to go. Keeping an unhappy player is worst than loosing against your arch rival.
