  The Boy Scouts of America provides specific rankings for boys to move through as they learn life-saving and character skills. One of those rankings is called the Arrow of Light, and it is the highest rank a Cub Scout can earn. It also is the only Cub Scout badge that a scout can wear on his uniform when he graduates to the Boy Scouts. Another exception is for adult scout leaders who earned an Arrow of Light as a child. They can let people know they received this ranking by wearing a scout-endorsed square knot on their uniform.
  
  

Arrow of Light Party
