Article resource box is a crucial part of every article.
It is the only place where you can advertise and promote your products or websites.
There are 3 things that you should never include in your resource box though.

Irrelevant websites Only link to websites that are relevant to the topic you are writing.
Be specific and lead the readers to click on the most important link in the article.
The other links should be there just for additional resources.
You may want them for search engine juice, i.
e.
getting inbound links to your site pages.

Your list of accomplishments Have you written 100 books in the last decade? So what? The readers may be impressed with that kind of list, but what's most important is how you can help them.
Focus on converting the readers into site visitors first, you can always create a separate page on your site showing all your books, awards, and other things.
Use the entire article, the body content and the resource box to give value.
That is the correct way to build credibility.
3.
Your contact information If your business is around providing services like bookkeeping or coaching, you may have the tendency to list your phone number or other contact mechanisms on the resource box so the readers can contact you easily.
While the readers may already like what they read, you must keep building the credibility and relationship further before closing the sales.
Capturing the readers name and email address, at the very least, allows you to do so.
You can sell them only when they are ready to buy, and you can do this for months or years in the future.
Best of all, once they are your customers, you can sell them with even more products and services and get the sales because existing customers tend to buy more products.
