The Moon is Visiting Capricorn and Pluto With Opposition to Mars and a Square to Saturn

There is not so much happening in the heavens this weekend besides the activities of the Moon.
The Moon is our entry way to our inner world of feelings.
Following the Moon through her monthly circle through all the signs of the zodiac brings awareness into our inner motions and reactions.
For approximately 2, 5 days of stay in one sign the goddess Lunar will cast a different undertone, coloring our experience.
Awareness for our feelings and thoughts and their inner connectedness brings us some extent of freedom in witnessing ourselves from a more objective perspective.
We are not as identified with our thoughts and emotions and are able to stay open for a higher perspective and wisdom available to us.
Moon in Capricorn After the gregarious nature of Sagittarius the Moon has moved into the more somber, serious sign of Capricorn.
The energetic movement from flowing outwards and expanding is turning into a more contracted, focused beam of consciousness inwards.
Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn has been known for bringing light and awareness through anxiety and resistance in the flow of energy.
Therefore Saturn is not the most well liked planet, he forces us to take a deeper look into dark and shadowy areas of our life.
Saturn can only be met in a constructive way by bringing as much awareness into the situation we can muster.
He forces us to connect to the most essential and important matters and is a very demanding task master and spiritual teacher.
The Moon Conjunction to Pluto, in Opposition to Mars and Square to Saturn Early Saturday Moon bumps into challenging aspects with Mars and Saturn.
That is a good example how those short term energetic activations can stir us up quiet violently.
We might get upset about something, have a fight with our close ones, feel anxious and irritated without any good reason.
And it passes pretty fast and we might wonder what just happened! Your Thoughts are not Your Thoughts Of course no one person is an island.
We are all deeply connected and one in more ways then we usually perceive.
Our individual thoughts are in resonance or fed by the morphogenetic field.
We can imagine our brain being a receiver and sender into that all encompassing field of consciousness.
Some people call it the Akasha Chronicle.
Rupert Sheldrake was the one who did research with it and established the concept of the Morphogenetic Field.
I have written about the concept of the Morphogenetic Field on my blog before.
What intrigues me is that underlying connecting field of consciousness available for all of us.
In my own experience with meditation I know how to tap into that field and gain access to deeper wisdom, thoughts and ideas I could not have come up with in my own little mind.
It always has been my creative source and I have been aware of that inner connection for a long time.
There has been a deep relaxation and awe for me in realizing my participation in something much bigger then me.
I feel guided and part of a higher force and that gives me a feeling of peace and rightness.
If my thoughts are not my thoughts, I do not take them so seriously, one way or the other.
I do not get so attached to being right or wrong.
Thoughts are just moving through.
Dialing in a Frequency And I know out of my own experience, that there is a way to consciously tune myself to higher and better thoughts, like a radio dial helps us to receive a specific radio station.
This is where our conscious choice and focus comes in.
We can choose learning to turn our attention in a specific direction, thinking thoughts, receiving thoughts of a specific quality.
And those thoughts we choose are intertwined with our emotions.
Your Feelings are not Your Feelings To imagine our thought forms as radio waves kind of makes sense.
But what about your feelings? When you have a feeling you are usually very identified and attached to it in some way.
How about those times when you keep wallowing in specific thoughts, which create specific feelings and you just keep going doing it? The Lunar astrology is one indicator that our feelings might not be as individual and personal as we think they are.
In all the years of inner and spiritual work I have done in my life, I was always aware of the similarities and sameness we have as humans.
When you scratch away the most surface layer of the personality you end up with needs, desires, feelings and thoughts which are universal.
Just the way how we deal with those is different according to our history and conditioning.
Deeply Feeling your Emotions always Guides You to Joy and Balance In my own experience I know that to be true! I also know that it is easier said then done! The negative feelings like fear, worry, depression, anger are not easily allowed without rejection.
Many years ago I was in the situation of splitting up with my boyfriend at that time.
Because of my history of abandonment I got totally triggered into a panic attack.
I felt I was spiraling down a dark tunnel and swallowed up by despair and hopelessness.
My stomach was heaving, I was shaking, I could not get air and I thought I was dying...
And then...
suddenly I landed somewhere inside of me.
It was as if I had some solid ground under my feet again.
My body relaxed and all I was feeling was total peacefulness and love.
At that point in time I did not have much inner or spiritual experience and had no clue what was happening to me.
Many years later I understood that because I totally experienced my feelings, I came out the other end so to speak.
I have had many similar experiences in therapeutic situations but never as intense as the one I have described.
It seems like when we are in a holding environment with a teacher or therapist it is easier to allow the intensity of negative feelings to happen.
I am sure you had an experience of similar nature in your life when you think about it.
Wallowing And then there is the wallowing in our feelings! The obsessive way is allowing our thoughts to circle around and around the same point, creating specific feelings and keeping them going.
We do not really get to the bottom of the well; instead we keep circling in the current on the top of the waters, struggling and trying to keep afloat.
The reason why it is so much easier to let go into the midst of the turmoil with somebody else present is trust.
If we can trust the process or the other person of guiding us safely through we can let go and let God do.
And trust is something which has to be earned or established through experience and faith.
The inner, ever deepening process of trust and faith also has been given by grace.
When we truly needed it and asked for it, it has been given to us, right? For me the Oneness Blessing has brought unimaginable grace into my life! When I have a blessing, my soul rejoices, my mind relaxes and opens up and I find inner peace and deep joy.
I like to hear your thoughts and experience about this! We are all on this amazing journey together and can support and inspire each other with our stories of grace and redemption.
Part of what I love about being an astrologer is that I get to hear all these amazing life stories and how people like you and me have met their challenges with grace and faith and have succeeded in finding a better place within themselves as a result of that.
I hope you enjoyed this article, aloha and many blessings, Shakti.
