It has been reinforced thanks to a foreign aesthetic reform range, better off-road qualities and equipment that make it even more practical and luxurious. The 4.5 liter turbo diesel unit complies with Euro5 contamination.

Although identifiable instantly as the legendary 4 x 4 Toyota, the exterior design of the new Land Cruiser 200 2012 combines the aesthetics of a vehicle which unfolds like a fish in water in any environment with the robust image of durability and power that is expected of this authentic vehicle with traction at all four wheels. On board, the revised interior combines quality and reliability with a luxurious feel. It presents a more harmonized color schemes, greater perceived quality and better finishes and upholstery. And all, powered by a turbo diesel engine of 4.5 liters which complies with Euro5 emissions standards.

The new oversize design of the front bumper, which has integrated fog lamps, extols the broad and powerful presence on the Land Cruiser 200 and its recognized ability to get anywhere, while the new finish on the bottom minimizes the effect of the front overhang on the angle of attack of the vehicle, which improves the off-road driving.

Front

The new structure of the front radiator grill combines a few vertical bars with chromed details and silver and is flanked by a large and functional groups of the Lighthouse, which incorporate a few long and cylindrical cross lamps, and a few intermittent extended outwards, which improves side visibility. Now, headlights groups are integrating some type led daytime lights and a few powerful with luminous high intensity discharge bi-xenon headlamps.

Profile, agility inherent to the dimensions of the new Land Cruiser 200 is enhanced by the definition of the lower parts of the bumper finishes they visually cut the length of the front and rear overhangs, which make it look more compact. There is a protective bar side wide and thick, with chrome finish, that conveys a more luxurious image. Rear view mirrors now have lights flashing LED's and side view camera. In addition, the Land Cruiser 200 is available with some new alloy wheels from 18 or 20 inches, according to the chosen finish.

At the rear, combined headlamps reproduce the group design front, double cylinder-shaped, and incorporates a stabilizer fin that improves the aerodynamic behavior. Turn signals Excel lighting group to improve side visibility, while reversing lights are located at the same level as the chrome trim of enrollment, which allows emphasizing the exterior refinement of the vehicle.

Both groups of taillights and turn signals of the exterior mirror employ LED's of higher visibility rather than conventional bulbs lamps. These illuminate more quickly than conventional bulbs, which allows drivers going back, in less time to react to the braking of the vehicle and, in addition, consume much less energy.

The Land Cruiser 200 in 2012 is available in nine different colors for bodywork, including three new model ranges: Paralyzed white, black Tailcoat and blue cyan.
