World Class Glass Cleaner: From Products in Your Home

At certain times of the year, the inside windshield of a vehicle becomes coated with a strange-looking film that is hard to remove.
The winter sun can bring out every blemish and fingerprint on a glass door and window.
You can eliminate all of this with products right at your fingertips in your home.
This natural cleaner is made from products already in your home.
I have satisfactorily cleaned things other than glass, but keep it handy for glass products.
The way to make this cleaner is pretty simple.
I first bought a couple of spray bottles at the Dollar Store.
I like to keep one at my office as well as at home.
Into my spray bottles I poured one-third alcohol (regular old rubbing alcohol) and to that I added one-third white vinegar.
Top it off with one third water and a couple of drops of liquid dish detergent (I used Palmolive dish detergent.
) In using this product I found no greasy film, or streaks.
I apply it directly from the bottle and wipe clean with a paper towel.
The alcohol and vinegar work synergistically to loosen and absorb stains and grime that accumulates on door glasses and mirrors.
On the downside, when I clean my glasses at the office I get quite a few comments about the odor.
Some find it humorous and wonder if I am making a salad, while others wonder if I might have mixed a bad cocktail.
I tell my detractors to take a deep breath and come along with me to a better place where everything is much clearer.
