A balance sailing course should include both Practical and Theory learning.
Theory wherein there is a shore-based classroom setting where one gets himself familiar with the terms, rules and how-to's in sailing; and a practical learning subject where one gets to put into action everything learned in theory class. This makes the course effective as makes them comfortable in applying what they've learned both on and off the water.
