Infiniti M35 Service Requirements

    Oil

    • Changing your oil, the lubricant that keeps your engine from beginning to damage itself as it runs, is the easiest way to extend the life of your car. According to Infiniti's documentation, the oil on the M35 should be changed every 3,750 miles.

    Air Filters

    • You should replace the cabin's air filter every 7,500 miles, and the engine's air filter every 30,000 miles.

    Inspections

    • The axle and suspension parts, the brake calipers, the pads, the rotors, the drive shaft boots, the exhaust system, the front suspension ball joints, the propeller shaft, the steering gear and linkage, and the steering linkage ball joints should be inspected every 7,500 miles.

    Transmission Fluid

    • Manual and automatic transmission fluids should be inspected every 15,000 miles. Additionally, your brake lights, cruise control switches, differential oil and transfer case oil should be inspected every 15,000 miles as well.

    Light Driving

    • If you only drive your car sparingly in ideal conditions (Infiniti considers ideal conditions to be infrequent highway-style driving, not infrequent city driving), you can double the intervals listed above.
