- 1). Move your radio away from all other power cords and electronic devices, such as computers, modems, office telephones and cell phones.
- 2). Do not allow your office television to silently play in the background. If the radio is on, turn the television off.
- 3). Unplug all other electronic devices near the radio, that are not being used.
- 4). Place your radio in an area that does not expose it to florescent lighting. For instance, place the radio underneath your desk or in a corner away from the light.
- 5). Check to see if your radio is near metal objects. If so, remove the objects or place the radio in another position.
- 6). Ensure there are no magnetic devices near your radio, such as credit cards or magnetic striped employee identification badges.
