Navigate to the Generic Model Organism Database (GMOD) website.

Choose the "Downloads" hyperlink from the left navigation pane under the "Navigation" options.

Click on the "Sourceforge GMOD" hyperlink at the top of the page to head to the Source Forge website and download all applications and features of GMOD. Choose the individual hyperlink options available on the web page to see the specific downloads on the Source Forge website.

Select the "Latest File Releases" to download. After the "Latest File Releases" all of the file releases are displayed on the page.

Press the green "Download" button to download the file selected in Step 3. Click on the icon that looks like a clipboard to download and view the release notes. Click on the icon that looks like an envelope to monitor the package.
