I am going to share how you can lose a large amount of weight by using a method called Nutritional Timing.
This is a way of eating certain foods at different times of day so your body can run efficiently and burn fat better.

Lose A Large Amount Of Weight There are varying rhythms that your body naturally goes through during your day.
When you wake up in the morning and shake off the cobwebs your metabolism starts an upward climb and at this time your body is requiring a lot of energy.
Therefore in order to work with your body this is the optimal time to feed your body carbohydrates.
These foods break down easily and can be converted to energy.
As you continue through your day your metabolism peaks and then starts a decline as you move into the evening.
This is not a time to consume a lot of carbohydrates because your body does not need to turn them into energy so it will take many of the carbohydrates you eat at night and convert them to stored energy or what you more commonly refer to as body fat.
So the concept is simple feed the body what it needs when it needs it and you burn more and store less.
To use Nutritional Timing simply finish eating carbohydrate foods such as breads, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc by lunch time and then in the afternoon and evening fill your body with non-carbohydrate foods such as lean proteins, vegetables and good fat.
Nutritional timing can allow you to lose a large amount of weight because you are no longer fighting against what you body wants.
