Reality seems to be both an abstract and rational concept. Reality is our physical world as we perceive it, yet it is also all the atoms that make up the physical world. Although science can now prove the existence of atoms, they are invisible to the human eye. If we can't see them how do we know they actually exist? And if they do actually exist how do we know that stuff is made of them. How can I be typing these words when my laptop is really just energy constantly moving in an exited state? So is reality a bunch of atoms or is it something more substantial? Or is it both, simultaneously, in the same space but different dimensions?
It can be reasoned that the world is full of things and these things want other things. We humans are things that keep wanting other things that we call personal possessions. And things beget things. If you buy a bed then you need covers and pillows. You need a space to put it in and, possibly other things in that space as well. They way we get these things is by buying them with money. So the people with the most money can buy the most things.
At the beginning of the 21st century, humankind finds itself faced with breaking free of the shackles of the Industrial era along with the paradigms of thinking that shaped and constrained us at that time. The classic human perception of reality needed a shake -up and it got it in the guise of Quantum Physics, which gave us new information about the nature of ourselves and reality as we perceive it. The old world view that a fixed objective reality lies €out there€ and outside ourself, just waiting to be discovered, has been superseded. It even questions the concept of an 'out there' existing.
The ground-breaking work by 20th Century scientists and physicists such as Einstein, Bohr, Wheeler, and Heisenberg, postulated that the mind or €in here€, activates simultaneously with the phenomenal world, or the €out there€. If we question the idea of there even being an 'out there' then we must also question the reality of an 'in here' as well. By getting rid of the idea of 'in' and 'out' we are left with 'here' or 'here and now' (being in the present moment).
Quantum theory now goes as far as to describe how we create our reality in every moment. It can be considered that, as our mind influences the €reality€ that €pops€ from the universal 'Nous', which can be described essentially as an infinite €cloud€ of possibility - energy entwined with consciousness. This is the €emptiness€ of space often alluded to by all esoteric spirituality. Quantum Physicists such as Fred Alan Wolf now speculate on what is reality from these scientific principles.
Esoteric spirituality takes the view that all is energy vibration and this vibration can manifest as physical stuff for us. This comes under the €Law of Attraction€, which simply says we attract into our lives what we think about. Whatever we focus our attention on energy flows to it and brings it into our lives. In science this is referred to as 'quantum entanglement', where esoteric spirituality meets quantum physics. Quantum theory is a set of principles that describe physical reality at the atomic and sub-atomic levels of matter. As Quantum physics studies the behaviour of energy and matter at microscopic and nano levels, it provides us with clues as to the fundamental nature of our universe.
Quantum entanglement, which deals with the non-locality of reality, can be seen, in esoteric spirituality, as the sixth sense or intuition that deals with phenomena such as intention-manifestation. Our belief in 'intention-manifestation' (law of attraction) has manifested owing to our shift in reality from the misconception that our bodies and minds are separate entities. Now that it is widely understood, even in mundane circles, that our bodies and minds are 'entangled' within our embodiment as gross energy existing in inertia as matter and subtle dynamical energy that exists interdependently with and through our bodies. This shift in reality has led to the discovery of cellular consciousness, as postulated by pioneering medical researchers such as Candace Pert, in her 'Molecule of Emotion' and Bruce Lipton, in his 'Biology of Belief'.
Quantum physics sees everything as energy and vibration. This energy/vibration exists in two forms, either in particle (having form), or as wave (unformed or empty of form). When we think about something and apply all our senses to it, raising our vibration, through entanglement, the energy of it flows to our unconscious mind, like some sort of potential construction kit that is put together by our conscious minds and becomes part of our reality.
Particles, although invisible to the human eye, can be seen and observed at points in the space-time continuum. Although our conventional 3D sense of reality does exist it is nothing like the way we are led to perceive it. Atomic particles of matter are nano sized subtle manifestations of informed matter, whereas wave/form energy has information potential. Therefore, thoughts, sounds, imagination, feelings and other quantum and mechanical physics states are all part of physical manifestation through the law of attraction. This is possible because, we humans have both states of energy in our make-up, in which the an inner wave-form energy flows in and between our grosser, particle based body.
Our embodied sense of reality that we call 'I' gives us our definition of time and space (mind gives us time, body gives us object space). From this limited perceived particle form, gross body, we become a reality with a self imagined point in time and space. Man created time as a concept, because our embodied reality puts us in a time-space continuum where past, present, and future can be measured and perceived, in an illusory lineal fashion, following a one-way arrow of time. In this version of consciousness we can only attain things through monetary exchange, which brings us back to the point that those with the most money can buy the most things and have the most choices. But quantum entanglement and manifestation are much more democratic. To manifest what you want through the law of attraction we still need currency, in terms of vibratory engagement. The higher our vibration the easier it is to manifest stuff. It's not magic. It's quantum physics.
