Self Directed IRA Real Estate Investments - A Great Choice For High Earnings Despite Today"s Market

Self directed IRA real estate investments are potentially high earners.
It's one of the best choices for a truly self directed IRA.
But, how much do you know about real estate investing, the housing market and houses in general? If you don't know much, you'll need to get some education.
Here's a little bit to get you started.
Change The Way You Think Today, I'm looking at a situation that may only get worse, regardless of who the government decides to bail out and how much they decide to spend.
I believe that we need to start changing the way that we think about investing.
When I started making self directed IRA real estate investments, it was during the "bubble".
I had some construction experience, so I got into the "rehab" market.
In other words, I used funds from my truly self directed IRA account to buy houses that needed work.
What I Learned I learned that I was not allowed to do the work myself, because the account cannot "pay" me directly.
So, I had to hire contractors to do all of the work, which cost more than it would have cost me to do it.
Still, I was able to make a nice profit for the account, after expenses.
I repeated this process several times over the years, usually only completing one or two deals per year.
Sometimes, the deals were profitable, sometimes not.
But, now that the bubble has burst, my chances of making a profit are even lower.
It's a buyers market, so I could name my price, but then who would I sell it to? Looking For Different Options So, I began looking for different options for my truly self directed IRA, as you may know, my custodian can only provide information and answer questions.
He cannot suggest what to do with my money.
Eventually, I found that there is a large, underserved market for self directed IRA real estate investors.
This market was actually created by the bubble.
As developers began building larger more expensive homes, middle-income Americans were left with few desirable homes to choose from.
Helping Others And Making A Profit With a truly self directed IRA, you can help would-be homeowners and struggling communities, while still earning a 15% annual return on your investment.
How many people out there need affordable housing? Some markets have a 15 year waiting list.
That's not a typo; people have been waiting for 15 years to get into a home.
Some will advise that your self directed IRA real estate choices should be from among the many foreclosures that are out there.
Your problem will be finding a buyer.
Imagine if you had a long list of buyers, just waiting for you to sell them a home.
Lots Of Options With a truly self directed IRA, you have lots of options.
Ten years ago, there were fewer options.
Today, there are companies that help you get started and avoid the costly mistakes that I have made over the years.
Now, my self directed IRA real estate investments pay off, every single time.
