3 Awesome Exercises That Fire Up Your Core, Strip Away Fat and Build You Six Pack Beach Abs

When it comes to burning body fat there are lots of different types of exercises which you have to choose from but the 3 exercises which I'm now going to reveal below are both high intensity and explosive meaning that you are going to burn more calories and it will keep your body in a fat burning state for much longer after your workout than a traditional workout on a treadmill, stepper or an exercise bike, resulting in you burning more fat.
Burpee to 360 degree jump These are one of the best exercises that you can do as far as fat burning is concerned.
With these burpee 360 jumps you will be working your core, legs upper body and your abs so there great for a whole body exercise.
You perform them similar to a normal burpee except when you stand up you jump as far as you can forwards but before you land again you turn your body so that you turn round as you jump.
Once in this position you would of completed 1 rep.
You then repeat the entire movement.
These are great exercises which you should be including in your circuits and workouts if you want to burn body fat and build your six pack abs.
Plate press squats These are a very effective core exercise but you need a weight to do these.
You do them by doing a squat but holding the weight out in front of you, when you come up again you push the weight above your head and do a press and then back down to the starting position.
You will want to do a good set of around 15 - 20 with a reasonable weight.
These will really fire up your core, legs and abs.
Cross knee planks These are mainly for your core and abs and are another great exercise.
Starting in the front plank position you do crunches by bringing your right knee up to meet your left elbow and then your right elbow to your left knee.
Try to do a good set of around 20 - 25.
These are awesome for your core and will work your abs well too if you want to build six pack abs.
You now have three great exercises which you can start to include in your workouts which will help you to build a stronger core, lose body fat and sculpt your six pack abs.
