Our immune system can stay as healthy and strong but because of stress it becomes feeble that leads to more health problems. Allergies, though not cause by stress but due to this allergies will be exacerbated. Thus, if you need to stay healthy and active we must avoid stress.

Stress, if we don't know can lead to some serious health condition as well like cancer, heart problems, high blood pressure, infertility and impotence in both men and women. Among them all, infertility and impotence perhaps the most disastrous, embarrassing and stressful condition lead by stress itself. For men ED as a result of stress is vey shameful for them and yet it will affect their manhood that is why many men in this generation keep on finding solutions on how to topple down ED from stress. Thanks to some medical invention the cure of ED has been born and introduce in the market a decade ago. But if we look to the nature of stress ED can easily be cured if we can treat stress accurately.

Some people become impulsive in their habit of spending as a reaction to stress. Common impulse spending habits are gambling, buying unnecessary things and frequent shopping benders. This kind of stress respond offers a distraction from whatsoever the stressor is and can alleviate stress for the time being. Well, if this is a kind of symptoms of stress you have I think this is not a good idea because after all your expenses and bills can cause more stress. Therefore if you are stress careful to avoid this kind of reaction, always watch your spending habits closely and avoid them to get out of your control.
