Outsourcing FAQs - A Few Tips From Personal Experience

Do you feel sick in the stomach every time you hand over another payment to your article writer? I know it sends a sense of fear down my spine, and I wonder if I am throwing my well earned cash down the drain! But it doesn't have to be this way.
You need to chill a bit, do a bit of research, read this article and you will be able to spend good money without having to worry about throwing it all away.
Check my tips out.
OUTSOURCING FAQS 1.
What is the keyword density your article writer should aim for?
Personally I ask my writer for no more than 2%.
And its very important that she sticks to that figure.
A few she passed over to me at the beginning came across a little spammy and some of the articles has 3-4% density.
Its really impossible these days to submit anything over 2% anyway as EzineArticles wont let you move forward unless you remove the excess.
I politely asked her to get her act together! 2.
How much is too much outsourcing?
Well, when I first started outsourcing I quickly realised that I couldn't get enough! I was earning good money with my 9-5 and I had cash to burn.
And that's exactly what I was doing, burning the cash! My personal theory is that if you are working the 9-5, as long as you are BREAKING EVEN during the initial stages then thats OK as your business is growing each month.
If you are making a profit then brilliant.
After a few months things will start to snowball.
But be careful - don't get carried away to early.
If you outsource properly, it is going to make a huge difference to your online business.
I am spending $1,000US per month at the moment and I don't feel that is too much.
But I may be wrong! I know there is going to be a lag between paying for my outsourcing and the money rolling in.
How long? I will let you know.
3.
How do I keep on top of my outsourcing costs?
This one might not sound that important, however its imperative that you keep on top of your monthly spend and income.
And I mean everything.
I run another business as well, so I am quite used to keeping on top of my accounts, but its not easy for some.
I would start a simple excel spreadsheet each month detailing your 'ins and outs' as I like to call them.
Your monthly outs will include outsourcing costs, hosting costs, aweber costs, program purchases and memberships costs.
You would be surprised how much you are spending.
And the ins are the actual money which is being paid into your account that particular month.
Personally I don't worry about how much I have actually earned, its only how much hits my account.
This will include AdSense earning, ClickBank cheques as well as any other income sources you have.
Update the spreadsheet each month (30 mins max) and you will keep track of your growing business, as well as keeping the tax man happy when he comes knocking on the door after he sees a HUGE spike in earnings! Here's hoping! There you have it guys, my Outsourcing FAQs article.
I hope you enjoyed it.
