Spring Lake is a charming little village located in Ottawa County near Lake Michigan and offering a variety of homes to choose from.

Many homes are situated along the beautiful village which grants residents superb views of the lake views.

Ranch/1 story style By far the most popular style in Spring Lake.
The Ranch has many varieties but the style is generally quite low in height, has a U, L or rectangular shape and usually only consists of a single story.
You can find ranches from the 70s, but also new ranch homes built only few years ago.
Condos There are plenty of condos to be found around in the area too.
These condos are individually owned and facilities such as hallways, gardens, pools and exercise rooms are commonly shared.
There are many different condo styles, ranging from fully furnished apartment blocks overlooking the lake to ground floor semi-detached homes with plenty of garden space.
Most Condos in Spring Lake are built less than 10 years ago and are quite modern, making them very desirable for professionals and young couples.
Early 20th century homes Most of these homes have been renovated to a high standard and are spread over multiple floors.
Original features of the house are usually kept to give the home a nostalgic feel.
While driving through Spring Lake, you might even come across updated colonial homes built in the late 19th - early 20th century.
Cape Cod Traditionally, Cape Cod homes were very simple and originated in New England in the 17th century.
Cape Cod homes generally have a long body with a pitched roof.
Most of the homes have a chimney and little architectural decoration.
Usually spread over 2 floors, the design offers plenty of space and is perfect for families.
The Spring Lake area has many Cape Cod style homes dotted around the village.
Traditional This style mixes the characteristics of other styles such as Cape Cod, ranch and craftsman homes.
Some homes were built as one style, but because of renovations and additions, the original style has been lost.
Most homes are quite spacious and split over multiple floors.
Some of these homes are at the waterfront and have plenty of acres.
