With hybrid truck engines and flex fuel, the initial investment in the hybrid engine will quickly pay off through fuel savings to allow their trucks to run their routes in a timely manner. Better gas mileage means less money spent on gas, but also fewer stops for the truck, meaning the delivery times will be better and truckers will feel less stress.
