When you used in conjunction with the barbell and plates you can easily work every single part of your body effectively with just these three pieces of equipment.
If you are willing to spend a little more money you could purchase a workout bench that has an adjustable back rest.
If you have a bench with an adjustable back rest that means you can do even more with your workout bench.
For example with an adjustable workout bench you can do exercises like the incline bench press or the decline bench press.
Once you purchase these three pieces of equipment you will get a gym quality workout at home while never having to pay expensive gym costs again.
