Our Company was founded by Sh M.K.Chaudhary, a visionary with nearly 30 years experience in rugs manufacturing and handicrafts. He discovered that the carpet industry was unorganized and its activities were scattered. All the carpet manufacturers were either purchasing or getting done their work through outside contractor for yarn spinning, designing, dyeing, weaving, finishing, washing etc. Due to this scattered work and no monitoring, the level of quality was not up to the mark and manufacturers and exporters of India were not able to compete in the world market.

Mr.Mahesh Kumar Choudhary , a veteran of Indian Rugs Industry , began with 10 looms and started manufacturing rugs in 1986, which right from its inception has focused on superior quality . He has played an important role in molding a small unorganized business to a corporate structure. He has also been responsible for deciding on the long term strategy for Saraswati Global Ltd. and also laid focus on value creation. Today he is a leading manufacturer and exporter, exporting world wide and is able to control products from conception to delivery.

SGL is a Govt. recognized Star Export House where thousands of efficient and quality workers are engaged for quality production of rugs in four states of India including Rajasthan , Uttar Pradesh , Orissa and Gujarat .

Mr. Choudhary has been consistently awarded with various prestigious awards by the Government of India which are a proof of his efforts in the field of quality production, quantum exports and customer contentment.
