When you're buying cheap designer clothes it is important that you get good value for money but it is also important that you know what you are buying.
There is an old saying of 'you get what you pay for' and this is particularly evident when you buy branded clothing.
If a piece of clothing is too cheap, surely you're likely to question why that is? There are sites like eBay that actively promote the fact that men and women can buy very cheap designer clothes, but in most cases, these will be 'used' items, those that have been previously worn.
Would you buy very cheap designer clothes that had been previously worn? The thing is, when it comes to branded fashion, women are often prepared to spend a small fortune on the top names that they like.
This means that in some cases, reducing the price of an item won't make the slightest bit of difference to a clothing addict, because regardless of what it costs, if they see it then they most definitely want it.
One has to question if this means that there really is very little point in buying very cheap branded clothes from places like eBay, because it always comes with the risk of it being used, and most women would prefer to own something brand new.
To be honest though, there is a captive audience with sites like eBay, as they reach out to those that aspire to be rich, affluent and stylish with a wardrobe full of top name branded clothing brands.
This means that there will always be some people that use eBay religiously looking for the very cheapest designer clothing that they can find.
There is another issue with buying on eBay, and that is whether or not the item you are buying is 100% genuine and authentic.
There are a lot of sellers that are distributing their supposedly genuine designer clothing goods, only for multiple buyers to find that the items are in fact fake.
I look at this way; if you can afford to buy the real thing, then do.
Sites like eBay do not promote the authenticity of a brand and it is often hard to tell what you are buying.
The very low prices you might find aren't always worth it.
Should you decide to buy the real thing, your best bet is searching online for a reputable designer clothing retailer, and one that most preferably has a sale on! There are some real bargains to pick up this way and you get the best of both worlds then - very cheap designer clothes and the peace of mind that it is brand new and 100% authentic.
