Treatment Of Depression Using Herbs

Depression Tamer Herbal Tea Recipe

1) Take 1 tea spoon St John's Wort.
2) Take 1 tea spoon of Gingko Biloba

After completing the above steps, continue by placing 1 cup of water in to a glass or you can use porcelain pot if you have one. Then warm it to boiling point. When you reach boiling point remove pot from the heater and add herbals in to pot.

Place a tight lid on the pot and allow it to steep for 5 minutes. Stain out herbals and place them in a cup. Add sweeten honey on them of any desired quantity.

Nervous Tension Tea

As is earlier mentioned herbal tea is good receptor for healing anxiety and depressive disorders. Unfortunately, most people are unaware about its advantages. Another herbal tea recipe to remove tension and stress from one's life that

1) Add 1 1/3 oz. St John's Wort
2) Then put 1 oz Lemon Balm leaves.
3) Continue and put 1 oz Valerian

Use 1 tea spoon of herb mixed with each cup of boiling water. Then steer for 10 minutes and then strain it. Then add sweeten to that drink to get good taste. Drink this cup of tea before going to bed for several weeks until your depression is removed, your nerves are calmed. Such drinks are also effective for good sleep as well.

Depression suffering people have better chance to recover from their miserable state using herbal medicines. These medicines are given to people depending on their type of depression experienced by people. Such as different medicines are given to person suffering from mild or moderate form of depression.

Accordingly, right dosage and medication is provided to patient. Mostly natural medications are given to depressive person mixed with lemon, clary sage, rosemary oil and such ingredients.
