How to Use Graphics in Word 2007

    • 1). Start a new document in Word 2007 or open the document in which you want to use graphics.

    • 2). Click on the "Insert" tab at the top of the screen on the program ribbon.

    • 3). Click on "Picture."

    • 4). Find the graphic you want to use in your Word 2007 document using the window that appears. When you find it, double click on it. Word 2007 will put that graphic in the document where the cursor is blinking.

    • 5). Click on the graphic once, and then you can drag it to position the graphic where you want within the document.
