- 1). Look for the unlock code in your user manual. Alternatively, you can call the manufacturer and ask for the unlock code. Provide your radio's serial number, which is underneath the radio or in the manual.
- 2). Insert the key in the ignition to turn on your car. Wait for your radio to turn on. It should display "Locked" on it.
- 3). Press the "Tune" button. The screen will now go blank. Press "Tune" again to begin entering the unlock code.
- 4). Press and hold "Tune" until you find the correct number. Repeat this for each number you enter. Once you enter the correct unlock code, the radio will automatically unlock.
