Never Underestimate The Purpose of The Heart Chakra

I haven't done an introduction to Chakras as I'm sure that those interested in this subject will have plenty of knowledge.
I myself have been studying Chakras as used in the different religions and philosophies for a while now, and whilst I'm certainly not an expert I feel that I have a pretty strong handle on what they're about.
However, as with any information sometimes it's the way you look at something that changes the way you use the information, and I have to say that the way I've learned to look at the Heart Chakra has made a lot of sense to me and also helped me to live a more positive life.
Here it is.
Basically, when I started to study Chakras I thought of them as energy points in the etheric body that channelled clean universal energy into the body.
That keeping the flow of energy going equalled excellent health and good spiritual and physical balance.
I understood that each one looked after the organs in that area, and that they all had a meaning associated with how we live our lives and also our physical, emotional and spiritual development.
What I hadn't done, or indeed considered, was applying the meaning of each Chakra to life.
Now I've started doing that I've had some surprising personal revelations, and none more so than with the Heart Chakra.
I used to think of the Heart Chakra as the one that channelled cleansing and healing energy to the heart.
I also used to think of it as the centre of love and emotion.
That's all very simple and nice as far as it goes.
Then I thought about this more and realised that if the universe channels cleansing energy into the heart centre that must mean that no negative emotion need remain fixed in that area because the universe can clear it.
The universe is of course based purely on love so the universal energy that clears the negative emotions will always replace that negativity with love.
A cosmic shower if you will with all the negativity disappearing down the drain.
Tip one: Always cleanse the Heart Chakra before you go to sleep at night.
(Obviously they all need cleansing but as emotion is the biggest cause of physical and mental unrest in this dimension it makes cleansing the heart centre very, very important.
) Then Amos told me that the Heart Chakra is the centre of all things.
Now if you consider the adverse effect of emotional and mental trauma it isn't hard to see how vital this Chakra is in the scheme of things.
Think about when you're upset about something, how that something will dominate your waking and sleeping hours, your thoughts and your conversations, your ability to be happy and feel well.
Therefore, if you're emotionally cluttered with adverse negativity energy that will affect your enjoyment in being here (Base), your intuition (Sacral), your ability to pick up on what's going on around you (Solar Plexus), your ability to communication (Throat), your ability to hear your Guides and sense the Spirit world (Third Eye), and your ability to feel Spiritual and at one with all things (Crown).
As you can see, dealing with emotions is key.
Yet we find it very difficult to deal with emotions and let go of wrongs, hurts and slights.
We try to forgive, we try to work out what forgiveness is.
We try to understand but sometimes we just can't understand.
So what do we do? Tip two: As you cleanse the Heart Chakra every night know and trust that all negative emotion is being replaced with positive emotion, and let that have a positive effect on your thoughts and attitude.
The ability to just let go is one of the most positive abilities that you can manifest in your life.
The next big revelation is around my personal understanding of how life works.
I do see mind, body and spirit as a fact rather than just a strap-line for psychic fairs.
I see the mind as the place where we logic thing out.
I do not believe that we should abandon all logic when we find the Spiritual path because we chose to incarnate in a material physical world and decisions need to be made, therefore ignore the mind at your peril.
Our bodies are of course the transportation objects that prevent us flying off the planet, they give gravity something to get hold of and nail us down with for a few decades.
However, these bodies are affected by our thoughts and therefore we need to find a way to keep our thoughts on the happy side of positive.
Our Spirits I see as being the sum total of everything we are and everything we've ever been.
The thing that makes most sense to me is the idea of 7 bodies, the physical being the first (and most obvious one) going out to the Ketheric (or divine) body.
It's an image I can make sense of, that our Spiritual energy expands outside our physical body and remains in contact with the divine or if you prefer - universe of which we're a part.
Our Spiritual self will never have a problem existing, however, it will have a problem communicating if all is not well in our minds, lives and of course emotions.
Therefore maintaining the health of our emotions helps us to maintain our Spiritual connection and therefore our ability to think outside the box and guide our own lives from a higher purpose.
All of which involves keeping that Heart Chakra in perfect working order.
The next revelation was how key our emotions actually are.
Thinking is obviously jolly handy for us, but sometimes logic and feelings wage a war inside us that can drive us to distraction.
The mind is happy with an idea, the heart is screaming for help, all you need to do is add in the Solar Plexus yelling 'flee' and you have complete and utter confusion.
Many people will tell you not to listen to the heart, but the Heart Chakra is the seat of emotion and if your emotions aren't feeling well then you can guarantee that whatever it is that's wrong isn't helping things at all.
Tip three: Listening to the heart might not be socially popular and go against the grain of every highly logical person you will ever meet.
However, if you aren't happy then it won't matter a jot how logical a decision is.
So...
Tip four: If you can't make a decision happily it's better not to make it.
In other words - WAIT! Decisions don't have to be made at once, do your research first, especially if you feel uncomfortable about something.
Because...
Tip five: No matter how logical people would have it, life is lived via emotions and it's your emotions that dictate what your world is going to feel like.
Logic and emotions are NOT mutually exclusive and no matter how logical you try to be your emotions will mess with your logic if they're not in agreement.
The most successful people, many of whom would laugh their heads off at this article, would probably tell you that they're are incredibly happy with their life choices.
Even though those choices would be completely different to many peoples they will still have made the people who made them happier and more fulfilled.
Obviously life has its ups and downs and very few people don't have to struggle to make things work, but even so those who listen to their hearts nearly always land up in the better place.
Whether that's as a multi-billionaire, a soccer coach or a stay-at-home mum, those people have made the right choices for themselves based on their true meaning of life.
Tip Six: Useful as it is, money is not the meaning of life.
It would be foolish in western society to try to do without it completely, but the acquisition of money should always go hand-in-hand with the acquisition of happiness.
Always aim for both and never go for broke, it serves no useful purpose.
As you can see, the Heart Chakra is key to our well-being in all aspects of our lives, it really is the centre of our world not just because it protects the pump that keeps everything else working, but also because it generates the emotions that protect the pump that keeps everything else working.
We all know that emotions are linked to good health and happiness, that's just basic information.
That basic information, if you take it and apply it in your life is what will make the most difference to your life.
So keep that energy centre clear and clean, and focus on downloading as much divine love as you can.
Wishing you happy days and peaceful nights Deb
