Get enough sleep - Sleeping less than 7 to 8 hours a day can do havoc to your growth. Human growth hormones are released during sleep at the REM period or in deep sleep. If you lack sleep, how can you expect to hit the REM stage? Schedule your work and studies so you can sleep 7-8 hours a day.
