If your other morning sickness symptoms are keeping you up at night try getting several power naps in throughout the majority of the day. Don't let yourself get too lazy though you still need a good balance of exercise. The changes occuring in your body during pregnancy will take a toll on your body and all you can do about it is take it easy and let nature do her job. On top of general fatigue, simply feeling tired is normal.

It is true that some women have more severe symptoms that others, however, anyone with morning sickness is bound to feel miserable. Home remedies are usually helpful for tolerable symptoms. However, you should see your doctor if you are in real pain. Regardless of how common a symptom may be, each woman experiences morning sickness differently.
